I became a licensed Realtor in 1983.

After three interviews with the NUMBER ONE real estate company in Coquitlam, I was hired. In that dynamic, mentoring, motivating environment, I soon realized that if it was to be; it was up to me. I was a very small fish in a tank with whales.

I learned and while moving into my second year, I was bestowed the title of ‘Salesman of the Year’ within this top real estate office located in the Tri-City market area. I have never looked back since.

I had many sales accredited to my performance and eventually was honoured with the title of Life Master within the REBGV after 15 years of President’s Club achievement. I also was honoured with the Platinum Club achievement status within the Remax system.

When asked by my peers, clients and friends as to how I did it; I give the answer: ‘I never stop learning, I like people and I love the thrill of achievement when transactions go together.’

It is an attitude; not an aptitude; that determines our altitude…..and it is always a ‘WONDERFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD’.
